Larache's old city is a happy mixture of colours, pink, yellow, green, blue. But as the midday sun is strong, and the afternoon is gloomy, it is acutally the artificial light coming from tall windows that makes the colours really come to life.
Artificial lights brings forth new textures and colours from the alleyways of Larache. Still, it took me years and an helpful e-mail from a a reader to understand why just this building was equipped with such a warm and inviting light.
